By creating an account or using Facient, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Facient is an entertainment and self-improvement tool that uses AI to score photos of human faces against a set of facial geometry metrics. The output is an opinion generated by software — it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
The scores and verdicts are calibrated against established facial harmony frameworks but should be treated as one data point, not absolute truth about your appearance or worth.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Facient. By uploading a photo, you confirm the photo is of yourself or you have explicit consent from the person in the photo to have it analyzed.
Uploading photos of people without their consent, of minors, or of deceased individuals is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Paid plans (Starter, Core, Pro, ADAM) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account or directly through Stripe — your access continues until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you cancel within 24 hours of a renewal, contact support@facient.app and we'll typically issue a full refund.

Facient is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the scores are accurate, consistent over time, or fit for any particular purpose. The service is for personal informational use only.
Facial appearance scores are inherently subjective. Do not make medical, cosmetic, or surgical decisions based solely on a Facient analysis. Consult qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facient is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you've paid to us in the prior twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing privacy@facient.app. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted within 14 days.
We may update these terms. If we materially change anything, we'll notify you by email and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
